  • I can't pay for the goods?

  • Is it possible to return purchased goods?
    Purchased items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Can I cure a disease by buying myself one of the menus?
    The menus and programs are not therapeutic. This is a collection of dishes with fully calculated nutritional value from calories to vitamins and minerals. All dishes are the basis of a healthy diet. You will be able to improve your well-being and tidy up your diet. For more detailed information, you can write us a message and we will help you choose a program.
  • How do I know if the selected menu is suitable for me?
    In the description for each ready-made program or menu you will find a detailed description.
  • How to add a new question and answer?
    To add a question to a section, follow these steps: 1. Set up FAQ in the site control panel or from the editor 2. Add a new question and answer 3. Give the answer a category 4. Save and publish You can always go back and edit the section.
  • How do I change or delete the title of the Q&A section?
    You can change the section name from the Settings tab in the editor. To remove a section name from the mobile application, go to the “Site and Mobile” section. in the Owner application.
  • Can I insert a picture, video or GIF into a section?
    Yes. To add media files, follow these steps: 1. Go to FAQ management in the control panel or editor 2. Create new or edit existing questions and answers 3. In the response field, click on the video, photo or GIF icon 4. Add media from the library and save.
